When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, other contact data if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions and process your request. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations.

You are not obliged to provide the aforementioned data. The collection of the aforementioned data is not required by law or necessary for the performance of the contract with you. However, it is technically necessary for us to ensure the stability and security of our website (legal basis is thus Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO). In this context, this data is also used to analyse the use of our web server. The data is stored for this purpose and for the purpose of error analysis and correction and deleted as soon as a need in this regard is no longer expected. (2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies may be stored on your computer when you use our website. Persistent cookies can be set when you follow a link that one of our partners has set or will set on our homepage. In the cookie, we store the ID of the partner so that when you log in, it can be recognized by which partner you were referred. This is necessary so that the ID of the partner can be automatically entered in the field "referred by partner" (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 95 DSGVO and Art. 5 para. 3 of EU Directive 2002/58/EC in its current version). After the partner ID has been transferred to the form, the cookie is deleted. Further cookies can be stored by Google Analytics (see § 5). § 4 Use of InSky products and solutions
(1) If you would like to use the InSky software or order a test account, you must register by providing the data requested on the registration page. We need the personal data requested there in order to be able to fulfil the contract concluded with you (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO).
(2) If you register for test purposes, we store your data required for the performance of the contract (see paragraph 1) until your identifier is permanently deleted. You can manage and change all details in the InSky software.
(3) If you register for productive use of the InSky software, we request further data in addition to the data requested during registration, which is required for invoicing and payment, and store this data or this data then becomes necessary. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years in the case of chargeable use. However, after deletion of your identification, we will restrict the processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations. The legal basis in this respect is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) DSGVO.
§ 5 Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, within the framework of IP anonymisation in accordance with paragraph 4, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google on a server within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. (2) The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

In accordance with Art. 45 (1) of the GDPR, this ensures that data storage in the USA offers a sufficient level of protection. § 6 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights in relation to personal data relating to you:

When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done due to your special situation. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the factual situation and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
(4) You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data stored about you or have lodged an objection in accordance with paragraph 3 for the duration of the examination of your arguments, as well as insofar as we no longer require the data, but the data should continue to be stored for the purpose of preserving evidence for your purposes.
(5) You have the right to have your personal data deleted if we no longer need it for our purposes or if the examination pursuant to paragraph 3 shows that the particular situation you have explained outweighs our legitimate reasons for storing and processing it.
